Open source program

Free on every public repository.

Sign in to measure coverage on your public repositories. You do not need to apply for the free plan.

Sign in once

Run covdbg login to sign in with GitHub in your browser.

Run it

covdbg reads the git remote of your repository and the license service sees that it is public. GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket are recognized.

Use it in CI

Use a project token to authenticate in CI. A token from your personal team works for a public repository, regardless of who wrote the commit.

Grants for larger projects

If your public project needs team seats and CI tokens across several contributors or repositories, you can apply for a grant. Approved projects receive a team with seats and tokens at no cost.

Write to our team with a link to the repository and a sentence about what you need. Hosted somewhere other than GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket? Send that link too and we will have a look.

Questions

My employer contributes to open source. Can I use it at work?
The free use applies to the public project, not to the organization. Private code needs a seat.

Our project is dual-licensed.
The public version is free. A closed-source or enterprise variant needs seats.
